Follow directions on each screen.

2. SPELL OUT ALL STREET ADDRESSES

(Street, Drive, Avenue, etc. using upper

and lower case)

3. Complete all areas having an "*"

4. Save and Submit

5. Remember Your Password

When complete, visit the Registrar

Please bring the following documents

with you to complete the registration

process:

 Proof of Student's Age   

 (provide one of the following suitable

documents)

• Birth Certification

• Baptism Certificate

• Passport

Complete/Up-to-Date Immunization   

(Must be Signed by a Medical Doctor)

• Not transcribed in a
  record (N.Y.S. Requirement)

 Proof of Residency  (provide one of the

following documents to establishing your

physical presence in our district)

• Signed Lease

• Telephone Bill

• Cable Bill

• Gas/Electric/Oil Bill

Parent Photo Identification

• Driver's License

• Passport
